Creating great partnerships produces stronger training results

E2 Inc. thrives on partnerships.  In order to carry out our mandate of providing responsive, industry leading training solutions to a changing world, we develop close ties with key industry partners.  This enables us to ensure that our program offerings are what industry requires, and that they are delivered in a manner that provides the greatest return for our clients.

E2 Inc.’s daily operating partner is BC’s Electrical Joint Training Committee. That’s a partnership of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (BC Local 213), and the Electrical Contractors Association of BC.

A key partner in our programming is SkillPlan, a not-for-profit skills development organization. With SkillPlan, we have formed the very successful joint venture Mentorship Matters, a powerful program of skills and strategies for mentoring employees in the workplace.

On the national and international scene, important partners are the National Electrical Trades Council (NETCO), the national joint training committee for the electrical construction industry in Canada.

We also have strategic relationships with such entities as BC Hydro and the BC Institute of Technology.

Maintaining the very highest of industry standards is a top priority for E2 Inc. We work closely with the standard-setting BC Industry Training Authority and other regulatory bodies in the provincial and federal governments.  And we have strong working relationships with BC’s Ministry of Jobs, Tourism & Skills Training and Responsible for Labour.
