Farid Poursoltani
Director of Business Development
After a successful career in the trades for 13 years that earned him a Red Seal certification in the electrical field, Farid began teaching for the Electrical Joint Training Committee (EJTC) in 2012.
Farid recently completed his third year of Master instructor/trainer program through the IBEW’s National Training Institution (NTI). Farid assists on advance curriculum development for new EJTC courses like Building Automation.
In addition to his Red Seal and teaching at the EJTC, Farid is specialized in automation and HVAC controls installation, and is a certified Electrical Vehicle trainer/installer. He is also currently attending TRU to complete his Bachelor of Technology. With his extensive background and teaching experience, he has become an integral member of E2 Inc. & the EJTC.
Farid has recently been appointed E2 Inc. and EJTC’s new Director of Programs.

Neil Normandeau
RSE, Project Manager, Curriculum Development Manager
After a successful career in the trades for 14 years, earning him a Red Seal certification in the electrical field, Neil began teaching for the Electrical Joint Training Committee (EJTC) in 2016.
Neil will be completing his Master instructor/trainer program through the IBEW’s National Training Institution (NTI) in 2020 and is currently the Manager of Curriculum Development and Special Training Projects for the EJTC.
In addition to having taught the Entry Level Trades Training (ELTT) program, Neil is certified in Electrical Vehicle infrastructure, Energy Storage and Micro-grid systems and is specialized in building automation and controls for HVAC systems. With his experience, Neil has become an integral member of E2 Inc. and the EJTC.

Kelly Kienleitner
RSE, Instructor
After a successful career in the trades for almost 20 years and earning two Red Seal certifications – Motor Winder (Electric Motor Systems Technician) and Electrical – Kelly began teaching for the Electrical Joint Training Committee (EJTC) in 2003.
Kelly completed the Master Instructor/Trainer program plus three years of Advanced Studies through the IBEW’s National Training Institution (NTI) and is currently the EJTC’s Chief Instructor.
In addition to teaching the EJTC’s Entry Level Trades Training (ELTT) program for 6 years, she participated in the EVITP Curriculum Committee and is now a certified EVITP Master Instructor and serves as a subject matter expert on other training initiatives. With her experience, Kelly has become an integral member of the NETCO Blended Learning Committee.
