Who is E2inc?

A subsidiary of the Electrical Joint Training Committee (EJTC)

E2 Inc. was formed in 2014 as a subsidiary of the Electrical Joint Training Committee (EJTC) to provide focused training solutions for the industry.

The purpose of E2 Inc. is to bring the expertise and capacity of the EJTC to the industry training field. Industry training, as distinct from workforce training, addresses specific challenges facing individual firms or the industry as a whole. These may be productivity issues, safety issues, or a need to adapt quickly to advances in technology. Additionally, E2inc offers innovative solutions that lead to additional certification over and above the Red Seal.

On the national and international scene, important partners are the National Electrical Trades Council (NETCO), the national joint training committee for the electrical construction industry in Canada.

We also have strategic relationships with such entities as BC Hydro and the BC Institute of Technology.

Maintaining the very highest of industry standards is a top priority for E2 Inc. We work closely with the standard-setting BC Industry Training Authority and other regulatory bodies in the provincial and federal governments. And we have strong working relationships with BC’s Ministry of Jobs, Tourism & Skills Training and Responsible for Labour.
